"Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality. The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. Bad lighting, geckos and bugs in room, wifi only worked in reception...

"Not a Proper place to stay in mount abu. Firstly They don’t have proper parking space you have to wait to clear space before you take out your car from parking . Can’t close toilet door. Duvet(blanket) cover is dirty. I asked staff to change duvet they said don’t have another duvet. Rude behaviour. Price is too much compared to services they given. Not price worthy place to stay.
