"Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi.
Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. We ate breakfast at at Sen restaurant, lunch at the outdoor poolside bar, and dinner at Organics restaurant all on site every day.

Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. "
"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.
