When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. "Incredible! By far the best place I have ever had the pleasure of staying. We had a group of 25 and lots of younger children. Everything was amazing, the staff, the amenities, the entertainment, the whole vibe of the resort was incredible. The kids were so entertained, from morning to night. Kids club was available, however we did not use once as our kids loved the daily activities available! The staff were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to provide such a fantastic atmosphere for everyone staying at resort. I cannot recommend this resort enough, especially for families. If you want to experience true Fijian culture, this is the place to be. We cannot wait to return, as 1 week was just not enough for us all. A true tropical paradise"

"Friendly staff and always willing to help. Room service is limited to maid service only and not for food orders. We particularly loved this retreat because it is true to its nature. No Wi-Fi access in the room, no TV or any landlines. Rooms could use a better gap protection at front doors and windows to keep bugs and small lizards outside the rooms. Retreat offers a variety of daily activities for kids and adults but be cautious when you venture out on the beach because the beach sand is littered with broken glass specially on the village beach that is located right next to the retreat."
