"This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and station making it very central to any travel area within Tokyo. The hotel was clean, room was large enough for having 2 open suitcases and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite things were that the room had a washer/dryer unit to use for free as well as ReFa hair products for the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"I stayed here overnight before leaving at the airport - very convenient location as it was easy walking distance, even with luggage. The ground floor is understandably busy, maybe even confusing if you're new to this level of efficiency, with staff directing you politely to the self- check in. As you progress upwards, the pace slows. You helped yourself to any needed amenities (toothbrush etc) on the lower floor on the way up. The room was spacious (by Japanese standards!), view out to the airport. Good or bad thing depending - I didn't mind. It was quiet & I had a sound sleep. The hotel is big, so there was quite a walk along long corridors to get to the room. I didn't have breakfast as I had to rush. Check out was quick & smooth. Wish all airport hotels were like this."

"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that can’t open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."
