"We were very impressed with the size of the suite and all the kitchen provisions, as well as the places to put things. The handicap shower was a bit tricky to operate. We liked the separate door to the suite, where the sofa bed is located. What we didn't like was the mattress on that convertible sofa. It was awful, thin and hard! You could feel the metal frame through it and my sister-in-law was tossing and turning all night, barely able to sleep."

"Great hotel! Very clean and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The only reason I gave it four stars is that we ended up in a hotel room (room 405) that had the plumbing installed backwards in the shower. So the hot was cold and the cold was hot. We didn’t realize this so we called the front desk, who had maintenance come up. They then explained this issue. My only problem is that maybe there should be some signage or something near the shower stating this. I didn’t even think to try it and just assumed the water wasn’t getting hot. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"The hotel had a musty smell when you first walked into the lobby, but overall it wasn’t entirely bad. However, once you got into the rooms, the rooms had amazing smell and they were very clean. Perhaps they may need to change their carpeting in the lobby and in the hallway because there are no carpets in the rooms so that’s why there’s no smells in there but overall the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful."
