Fantastic stay

The prestige room was ideal for a family, kids had their own space in the living room and were really happy it had a PS4. Jacuzzi bath was a bonus too. We were all really impressed with the room.

A truely superb location. All amenities and transport connections in close proximity. Abundance of varied restaurants. Facilities at hotel were great. A dedicated room with a Polti steam iron for those sharp looking clothes. Staff were all extremely helpful. Particular praise for Harry in the breakfast room for all his help. Breakfast choice extensive. Coffee was excellent. Would suggest labelling of those products suitable for vegetarians.

Good staff, mediocre rooms

The water didn’t drain very well in the shower, so we had to take breaks during the showers. The water pressure was also quite low. The window in the room had dark stains around it - we hope it wasn’t mold. Overall the rooms seemed quite old. The reception area was really cool, though, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
