"Its a "romance hotel," which I didn't realize until I got there, so I was naturally confused when I entered the front door as there is no reception desk just 4 buttons you can press to select your room type and a phone. I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. "I stayed 1 night to explore the surrounding World Heritage villages and it was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had dinner and breakfast and both were plentiful and delicious. We were offered rides to the villages and given guidance on how to take the bus as well. I highly recommend staying here to enjoy the Japanese Alps"
