"Romantic 2 night stay. We were enjoying ourselves so much we booked 1 more night.
Beautiful property, redwood trees, mountain views from our spa room, greenery, flowers.
Check in was good. Got to room. Room was not the right room i booked. It was no issue. They changed us to correct room.
Very friendly & efficient staff.
Resturants was being remodeled. They had dining outside. Gorgeous backdrop.
We booked a spa room. Worth the money. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly and in the morning....
Bocce ball, corn hole, fire pit it redwood tree coverage.
Took morning walks around the vineyard....amazing...
We used Uber and the drivers arrived in a timely manner.
Walking distance to few wineries.
Property
is pricey but worth the money.
Only issue for me was being able to get snacks/food on property.
Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. Time limit.
Food not available all day.
Limited menu...higher end foods.
Check their menu.
Pack you own snacks & drinks.
Refrigerator in room no microwave. "
"Great stay in a two bedroom condo. Not near the actual hotel/resort part but had plenty of space and access to tennis courts and pool (not heated).
We had the entire restaurant to ourselves food was good. Resort pool was nice, better if kids had used kids pool. Food at the pool would have been ideal. Great location. "
"Checked in; staff wasn't very welcoming. During our stay, we had issues with the door lock and the shower drainage. We called maintenance three times, and they fixed it while we were out. The hotel is also next to Target, Starbucks, shops, and restaurants. Overall, the stay was okay."
"I was charged more than my reservation for parking and they didn’t take my plate number or give me a parking pass which just felt like they were gauging. It should have been disclosed. I had to go back and ask about it which felt a little sleazy. "
"Excellent property/spa resort! Parking is NOT an additional charge, which is refreshing.
Included breakfast made to order was the best. Also, nightly wine tasting hosted by the hotel from different vineyards was a bonus.
Spacious rooms, nice grounds, pool, garden, gym, hot tub and fire pits enhance the enjoyment of the stay!
Thank you, we ’ll be back.

"Not what i expected and not reflective of the property photos. Tired property that reminded me of cheap places we used to stay in college. Noisy and weathered. Stuff not working. Toilet barely flushed. Lamps not working. Carpet stains. Tattered window sheers. Also based on activity, made me wonder if this was a common place for people who were staying long term. Seemed like a lot of work vehicles parked overnight but gone during day. Im praying that I’m not bringing home any pests after my stay. "
"It felt much closer to a 3-star experience not 5 star.
The rooms were decent, but lacked privacy, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. For the price point, I was hoping for a more elevated and thoughtfully designed space.
The food was also disappointing. I paid $28 for what was essentially half a sandwich, which felt extremely overpriced for the portion and quality.
Check-in was another letdown. I was simply handed the room keys and told the room number, with no escort or additional guidance. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, I expected a more welcoming and service-oriented arrival experience.
Overall, while the hotel wasn’t terrible, it definitely did not meet the expectations set by its rating or pricing.
