"This was my first stay at this property. The location is terrific for meetings in central Trivandrum. The property itself is great for a business traveller. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of both local and national favourites. The staff were unremittingly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend."

"My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for. The breakfast menu is a joke. Staff at lobby is completely un-trained. Took 15 minutes to find the booking, as they were not aware of hotels.com. Not a family friendly place. There are far better and premium properties in Trivandrum available at this rate. "
