Abbiamo soggiornato dal 24 al 27/07/2021. Eugenio è una persona molto gentile e disponibile che fornisce tutte le indicazioni per rendere il viaggio e la scoperta di Napoli interessane. La struttura è molto comoda in particolare per chi, come noi, siamo arrivati in treno. Sicuramente se torneremo a Napoli sceglieremo di soggiornare di nuovo da Eugenio.

No recomendable. Nada que ver con lo que ofrecen

No funcionaba el wifi. No limpiaron la habitación ni hicieron las camas, solo sacaron la basura. Eramos 4 y estabamos amontonados e incómodos. No hay ascensor y tuvimos que subir 2 pisos por escalera con la valija. El desayuno era normal, no continental como decía. En la habitación no había regrigerador. El baño era muy pequeño y sin bidet ni bañera. Cuando quise consultar algo a la media hora de haber llegado ( 12 del mediodía) la recepción estaba cerrada y nadie atendíó.

Très bien placé non loin de la gare et navette aéroport. Centre historique a 15 mn à pied. Deux étages à monter mais marches pas très hautes. Bon accueil d'Eugenio. Chambre donnant sur cour intérieure calme. Mammas papotant le matin d'une fenêtre à l'autre, trop sympa : toute l'Italie 😊 Problème d'eau chaude le soir et lendemain matin. Essendo arrivati in treno, abbiamo trovato molto comoda la posizione perchè vicinissima alla stazione. I proprietari, Eugenio e Maria, ci hanno accolto con cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia dandoci preziosi suggerimenti sugli itinerari da seguire. La camera è risultata pulita e ordinata. La colazione buona, semplice ed essenziale con le tipiche grandi brioche napoletane.

Eugenio e Maria sono dei proprietari molto premurosi e sanno come accogliere gli ospiti: sono molto disponibili, solari e simpatici. Il b&b è più un affittacamere (ognuna con bagno privato) con una piccola sala per la colazione e stanze un po' da rinnovare (doccia piccola, scarico del bagno molto rumoroso). È comunque fornito di tutto: asciugamani con cambio giornaliero, set bagno completo (phon, bagnoschiuma e shampoo grandi), ottima posizione (vicinissimo alla stazione ed alla metro/pullman), condizionatore in ogni camera, tv, buona colazione (brioche da pasticceria molto grandi e gustose con caffè latte fatto al momento). La mancanza dell'ascensore nello stabile è un punto a sfavore essendo al secondo piano (adatto quindi maggiormente a giovani). La zona non è delle migliori, ma risulta comunque sicura. Lo consiglio.

TRANQUILLO E COMODO, VICINO ALLA METRO

Eravamo in quattro per una gita familiare, il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a spiegarci tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per muoveci dentro Napoli e visitare ciò che ci interessava. L'albergo è pulito e l'atmosfera è accogliente e conviviale; situato al secondo piano di un grande palazzo tipico napoletano, si trova a cinque minuti dalla metro "Garibaldi"(Stazione Centrale) La stanza era pulita, anche se non tanto grande, così come il bagno, ma, per noi, sufficiente e funzionale. La colazione buona ed abbondante ad orari comodi. Abbiamo viaggiato in auto, che non abbiamo usato in città, ma posteggiata in garage sicuro ed economico(Garage Centrale) consigliato dai gestori, a cinquanta metri dal B&B, Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Piccolo consiglio: attenzione alla manutenzione ed allo stato della biancheria. Da consigliare.

Central location ideal for exploring.

Hotel located 5 min walk from main train station. Hotel signage is small and easily missed. I had e-mailed a few days previous with our arrival time and Maria was on site to greet us. Maria’s English was better than our Italian and she was very helpful with places to see and how to get to them. Room was clean and tidy although breakfast was a little disappointing. Ideal hotel to use as a short stay base to explore Naples, Pompei and surrounding areas.

El dueño muy atento y amable. La habitación y baño amplios. La limpieza muy buena. El estado de algunos elementos deteriorados, como por ejemplo parte de la cortina caída y sábana rota. Toallas en buen estado. Queda en un 2° piso contando el nivel de la calle como piso cero, lo que hace muy agotador el subir y bajar el equipaje. Creo que esta característica debe ser publicada de forma notoria en internet, para que las personas con movilidad reducida tengan conocimiento de esta dificultad.

Posizione strategica

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica perché vicinissima alla stazione centrale e alla metropolitana. Per gli amanti della camminata si possono comunque raggiungere molti punti di interesse facilmente a piedi. Di notte la camera è molto silenziosa nonostante la zona sia trafficata. Il proprietario fantastico!
