Small hotel, that should be classified as 3 star for dated rooms that need a serious remodel beyond just shoving in a jetted tub and adding a cheap sprayer handle in the bathroom. Room was large with vaulted ceilings so could be very nice. The room was clean, just run down. The best part is the 2nd floor where breakfast is served in the ballroom. That is beautiful, breakfast is good and espresso was also good. One morning they even had a pianist. It feel luxurious there then you go back to the room. Room had old French doors to the balcony so could hear traffic and people all night. They give ear plugs in the room so they know it is an issue.

Breakfast room is amazing. Breakfast also good and abundant. But a/c quite terrible. It starts automatically and you can not turn it off by yourself. 26 C in a room is not comfortable especially not in the night. It can be turned of at the reception but very inconvenient. Room was pretty basic but clean. Heating always came on when you left the room which meant the door to the balcony had to be opened to cool the room down and as you can imagine in Napoli the smoke and exhaust pervaded the room all night. The breakfast room and spread is very good so no complaints there. If you're driving access can take some getting used to but once you know where to park it's pretty easy and convenient.
