Fue un poco difícil el acceso durante el checkin. El control por aplicación no funcionaba y solo pude acceder al edificio principal porque alguien salió. Llamé am número de soporte y me dieron acceso al complejo de habitaciones. La propiedad es compartida con otros departamentos y había permanente un homeless en el patio de la propiedad. Era incómodo aunque no tuvimos ningún problema. La habitación si está en excelente condiciones y no hace match con el barrio. Es una habitación de lujo en un barrio marginado.
