All worked really well throughout, from getting pre-information how to find the place to airport transfer when leaving. Excellent location for walking and metros, lots of eateries around. The staff at Naplesuite make this place great. They are so welcoming, kind and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the entrance but the rooms were quite nice and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning and was really good. Great stay at Naplesuite.

We had to stay in this place only for one night but enjoyed it very much. Location was very good, central, we were able to walk to the place for the hop-on hop-off tour bus, to the castle and to the promenade on the sea. Our host Raffaele was wonderful: he gave us very clear directions to this place, recommended excellent places for dinner, we had a delicious welcome pastry in the room, he also helped with ordering a taxi for us for the early morning next day, and brought a breakfast to the room to take with us to the airport. His English was excellent. We highly recommend this place for a stay in Napoli.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Naples. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast, large and well equipped room/bath, AC and good bed. It is in a side street in a lively neighbourhood but still quiet. We slept well. Attentative staff. This is the place to stay if you can get a room. Great value.

Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping. The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10. Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
