"Stunning hotel, great service and unbeatable value. Rooms are beautiful, not "actual" caves but the architecture is very reminiscent of the local caves. Perfectly located with tons of walking dining and shopping options and very easy to visit all the local beautiful sites. The pool was very clean and not crowded at all, very relaxing, refreshing and comfortable. We loved our stay. "

"The room was lovely and clean. The whole hotel is beautiful. We spent a lot of time having drinks on the top terrace and the views are incredible. Also great for watching the balloons. The staff were friendly. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food and service was amazing. We didn’t use the spa aside from the pool. The only thing that could make the rooms better would be a better hair dryer and and iron and ironing board. You can ask for an iron but one isn’t automatically provided. The...

"Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control."
