"Poor management, I was offered a room (510) with washbasin at 2 1/2 feet height, with water splashing around. No bathroom curtain, no antiskid mat in shower area. Every time when the doorbell rang there was blaring fire alarm, which NOONE could figure out why? When the front desk was informed, they were just passing the buck. The floor manager had no idea what the problem was and perhaps had never visited any of the hotel room to check. It was a family holiday with my younger sister, and it was ruined. can not recommend!"

"Absolutely terrible service. So since it was a "match" day, the first question was "how much did you pay for reservation". After knowing how much, they were like "Oh we don't see the reservation" etc. Essentially the scammers sold the rooms for higher prices and not honoring existing reservations. They even claimed they don't do reservations with Expedia - Expedia however confirmed that they do and that the confirmation was received. Avoid such scammers at all costs as there is no guarantee that your reservation will be honored. In fact, it almost won't if it happens to be a game-day."

We asked them to change room and same thing in other rooms . Roaches were running here and there on the floor , this should be taken off Expedia, asked for refund but they refused, Couldn’t sleep as full body was itchy. Only the outer part of hotel looks good but it’s very filthy, dirty, and so t want to even enter the hotel. "
