"It was my birthday, we requested early check in and Kayla put a rush on cleaning our room, she was absolutely amazing to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here plenty of times, one being my wedding night so I know late check out is available. We were suppose to go to the beach the next day but it was raining so I asked a different lady (night shift, blonde hair) and she told me, we couldn’t check out late even if I paid, that someone was checking into our room afterwards....

"The hotel is run down. The linen in the bathroom and the beds looked brand new but the walls the door knobs. They need a good cleaning. The hotel needs a facelift. Good to see that they had security guards on staff, but it’s also alarming to see that you’ve got full-time security guards in a hotel. When we entered the room and checked the patio, the door onto the patio was unlocked. The counter services on top of the fridge under the TV and the desk were all dirty, but the bathroom was very...
