"The location of the hotel is wonderful. So central and assessable to everything. The view from my my room was beautiful and I watched the sunset with a cup of tea every night. Mother Nature did not disappoint. The fact that the hotel had an attached coffee shop was delightful. And the roof top was beautiful The front staff was at times condescending and aloof. Not helpful In Answering questions. The room did not ha are a Phone so if you had a question you had to go downstairs. I wanted to know if the room had. Safe to store personal items and the gentleman at the desk looked at me s if I was asking something absurd and told me that this was not a real hotel and they don’t have them. When asking where Locations were I was given a map with not explication of where to go The cleaning staff did the bare minimum. Sheets were never changed and towels had stains on them "
