"Perfect for a family stay! We had a 3-bedroom with kitchen. Plenty of room. The living space was not very large, but we were in town to visit family so didn't spend much time in the common space, and bedrooms slept at least 6. We did need to bake/cook - it was Christmas - and the kitchen was wonderful for that - I was able to bake pastries and make side dishes, though the oven was smaller and I did bring my own baking sheets, sauce pan, measuring cups, etc. I did read comments about the location and noise, which puzzles me... we had zero problems with that, we heard no noise at all. We found the location to be perfect. Would highly recommend and would stay again!"
"My husband and I stayed here over Thanksgiving for 3 nights and it was an excellent experience. Newly remodeled room and bathroom were both well appointed and lovely. Very clean and bed was extremely comfortable! Quality bed linens and bath towels. Fridge with freezer (nice size, larger than just a small mini fridge) microwave and coffee maker all were great to have in-room. Sitting chair and also chair with a desk. Ironing board and iron in room in case you're there for an event. Continental breakfast had many choices such as Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, multiple juice choices, coffee, hard boiled eggs, cheese, cereal, milk, granola bars, lemon poppy and chocolate chip snackbreads. The owner told us he has plans to expand the breakfast to include hot buffet items. Breakfast area also had an arcade on the opposite side of the room which I imagine would be fun for families. All common areas of the hotel were extremely clean. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond, they were courteous and truly made our stay very comfortable. The owner has been smart with his remodeling and it is still a work in progress, although we were not disturbed at all with noise. It was truly nice to stay at a privately owned hotel. You can tell how much the staff cares and we wish the owner much future success. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to it!"
