We have stayed at Atlantis a number of times before and were really disappointed with our stay at Harborside. Unfortunately there was a power outage for over 12 hours and when the power came back on we discovered a cockroach in our room. My family ended up having to move rooms in the middle of the night. The issues continued because we had no hot or even warm water for two days and the Internet that we paid for was not working. We were told that we would not be charged given that the Internet was not working but it showed up on our bill and has still not been credited. The other thing that I would caution other travellers about is putting anything on a credit card as we ended up with duplicate charges to both our credit card and then on the bill with the room charges. We have brought this to the attention of the management and have still not received a refund and it has been almost a week.

Unfortunately there was construction and maintenance taking place at the property with no advance warning which made it so we could not be in our room after 9:00 am until 4 due to the noise and pounding- it was brutal-this was the case for 2 days which is a lot on a 5 night stay.

We had to change rooms for we had cockroaches in our first one. Several front desk, housekeeping and wait staff members appeared to be less than interested in their job. Service they provided was sub-par at best. Not sure that I would book accommodations at Harbourside again. If I were to go back to Nassau I would try another resort.

There is a spirit of evil in some people that makes you wonder why they hate others. I am a person with lots of light, and sometimes it illuminates demons in people, who hide in sheeps clothing. You had a manager who harrassed me, threatened me, fought with me and in her drunk with power wand, she fired the service guy that helped us when we had no one. I lost my credit cards, I lost my money and this man helped me and my daughter and this berating, jealous, scallywag of a manager fires this man!!???? THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD. RULES OVER EMPATHY, COMMON SENSE, NOT SO COMMON. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO ATLANTIS AGAIN, AND KNOW FREE PEOPLE WHO DONT LIKE TO BE HARRASSED BECAUSE THEY ARE A DIFFERENT RACE WILL KNOW TOO. NEVER AGAIN.

The complex was clean and well taken care of. It was great to have a heated pool and hot tub on the cooler days. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The intra-Atlantis resort shuttle service was convenient. I have not given all 5 stars because there is a $25/day charge for wifi (which in this day and age doesn't make sense), we had no hot water in the shower, and coffee & filter was only provided for one use.

Beautiful view of marina from our room we walked a lot around the property. Some pool huts did not offer us towels so we had to walk to the next one. Overall great time. Things were just too overpriced, I think people would spend/shop more if it was more reasonable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harborside. The staff so so friendly and attentive. Great option for those visiting Atlantis but want a quieter atmosphere during downtime. Shuttles between the resort and water park ran every 10-15 minutes like clockwork. We will definitely stay here on our return trip. Thanks Harborside!
