O café da manha é excelente, a educação de todos os funcionários é algo impressionante, nota mil para todos. As únicas coisas que não gostei foram as escadas e os banheiros da piscina que são unissex.

Foi uma experiência ótima, quarta tudo funcionando normalmente, ar condicionado, chuveiro e frigobar. Colchão novo e toalhas foram trocadas diariamente. Tivemos problema de vazamento no banheiro, mas tudo foi resolvido em comum acordo conosco e equipe da qualidade do hotel.

O hotel é tudo o que mostra na foto, localização ótima, quartos confortáveis, café da manhã incrível. O que mim chateou foi a questão de PAGAR ESTACIONAMENTO. Até pensei em processar, mais como fui bem atendida preferi evitar! Nunca mim hospedei em um lugar para PAGAR ESTACIONAMENTO.Fica a dica, talvez outro cliente não seja tão tolerável.

Sobre minha estadia no Aram ponta negra hotel , a localidade do hotel é ótima , pé na areia! Tem um ótimo café da manhã com muitas variedades, pessoal da recepção super educados , limpeza do hotel , quartos e piscina estavam impecáveis! Estrutura do hotel é até boa porém muito antigas , deveria investir mais , o quarto que fiquei estrutura antiga , um bancada do quarto quebrada, painel da tv quebrada, porta do quarto era de trinco normal de chave normal , banheiro com estrutura antiga , cama box horrível baixa e molas horríveis , travesseiros desconfortáveis , cortina blecaute incompleta pequena não cobria a janela toda, área da piscina mórbida não podia ouvir música , tinha que ser silêncio total ! Emfim não gostei ! Infelizmente não voltarei ! Não gostei ! Existe hotéis melhores mais baratos e mais confortáveis perto dele !
