"Room is fine and in great location to go out on the barbican. We had a big issue with checking in, was given the code for the wrong room and went into someone elses room with their stuff still in there. Charged a deposit which wasnt specified until after booking. Only one of the windows opened and too warm to sleep properly. Room could do with a fan. "
