"When we arrived to checkin, there was no attendant in site and we couldn’t get into the building due to needing access with a room key. Another hotel guest saw us and let us in. We had to wait a while for the attendant to come and check us in."

"The Homewood suites in the Providence area of Huntsville is a great place to stay within walking distance of all the great restaurants in the area. It is clean with spacious rooms and a good hot breakfast and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that wasn’t working was the central elevator, but they had another one we could use which was fine."

"The staff if extremely friendly and helpful. Greeted upon arrival and very polite and welcoming. I like how they make a person feel welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. I have stay at this same hotel twice now... I will be using them again when I arrive back in Huntsville. Thank you staff for you do."
