"The only item I would comment on is that the room was very dark, despite the multiple lights. Would only suggest lighter paint to make the room appear a bit more spacious. Other than that, no complaints. Very nice hotel."

"I stayed for one night after a long delayed flight… the room has black out shades… it’s perfect I slept like a baby. Their breakfast buffet was were good. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. I love to come back to this hotel."

"We were headed back to Canada from our cruise so we stayed the night before our flight out. Room was large and spacious, very clean. Easy to check in and was able to get up to the room quickly to get some sleep before heading to the airport. Airport shuttle was convenient, just had to book your time slot at the desk at check in."

"Staff was very friendly and welcoming, with an easy check in, We booked two room which were clean and tidy, We arrived earlier than expected, and was able to access our rooms before schedule check in time. This hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and subway."

"Room was clean, Breakfast was decent but not a lot of options, staff spoke little English so communication was difficult. Air conditioning was basically non existent. There is a thermostat in the room but controls are locked so you can’t adjust it. Rooms were very warm. "

However the pool wasn’t open and I was really looking forward to sunbathing on that day, thats primarily why I booked that hotel for the pool. They told me its cause they can’t get the staff? If was May. It was hot. So disappointed. However, the hotel itself was so nice. Very nice room and lovely food as well. Good service. "

"Hotel is in an industrial area surrounded by a high security fence. Breakfast was the best part of our one-day stay. It is 10 minutes from the Barcelona airport."

"Nice Building, but understaffed. Restaurant service is poor and staff undertrained. Food is well cooked though. Building is nicely built and in a remote private area. "

"The hotel was really clean and everything was very comfortable. They were kind enough to make the sofa bed for us, which was soooooooo soft! The only thing is that we did not understand how to use the thermostat in the room. We weren’t sure if it was on or off, but it was very much user error."

"The room was nothing like advertised, bed was small to the point that at 5'8 my feet were hanging off the bed not to mention it was hard as a rock, the fridge didnt work and the safe didnt even have a key. There was 0 sound proofing between rooms. You could hear the door to the elevator slam shut no matter what floor it was on throughout the night so we did not sleep at all. There was children screaming past midnight in the terrace area and the staff did nothing to quiet them down. We booked...
