"The hotel is very nice, clean rooms and well maintained with almost everything you need on resort. Restaurant served great food, especially breakfasts. We gave our rating of 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1. Free bottled water was provided only at the bar in the casino, or on the ferry. Otherwise, hotel guests had to pay $2.00 for a bottle of water at the front desk. Bottled water should be free to guests and easily available at the front desk. Guests should not have to pay for bottled water while staying at any resort - period; water should always be complimentary and easily available at the front desk where dispense can be controlled. Most hotels in Arizona provide complimentary bottled water to guests. 2. The hotel itself is well managed, but the restaurant management needs a complete overhaul from the top down. The staff are friendly, but they are short-staffed in the evenings and many of those who are there are not in control, nor trained or experienced and not attentive to the customers. When arriving at the restaurant entrance, guests too often must wait several minutes before anyone shows up. During our stay, the hostess had to refuse a table to more than 12 couples or families. Staff would argue with each other about their duties at tableside in front of guests. "
