"We were instructed to switch rooms (3) different times. The first pet friendly room they gave us was unbeknownst to us. It was infested with dead & alive bugs!! I’m disabled! I have severe asthma & allergies. This stole time out our entire check-in day. “Briana” moved us to a smaller room with smaller beds. This room had NO working AC & ran brown water in the sink & shower faucets!. Horrible. We called “Ashley” & made the report around 8:00am. We were told to pack our things back up (we were unpacked a second time), she stated she’d be moving us to a third (3rd) room & would comp us a full refund but can’t give us a full refund bcuz there was a third party used for our reservations. We left to run errands & came back 5 hrs later to the SAME hot, little room. In addition to us trying to speak with managers, the repair man “Manuel” said No one TOLD HIM NOTHING about checking the AC unit. We had to get out the room. I then noticed a pair of my shoes were severely damaged! My shoes were a 50th birthday gift & were never ever worn. The bag they were in, smelled like urine! Highly unacceptable, disgusting & sickening. I prayed my family & I weren’t being retaliated on for making the complaints but, I fear I was too late. So inconvenienced!! We had to drag our cart full of heavy belongings, back down to the lobby & wait. I was in pain. We were late to the family function, we were in town for! This was the worst stay we’ve ever had at this location! We’ve stayed here for years!"

"The room was clean and the bathroom was amazing with the spacious rain shower. Staff were very nice although service was slow at the Mexican restaurant. The only reason I didn’t give out stay a 5 was because the teenage children in the pool were a menace and there were several children under 5 running circles in the lobby upon our arrival. We were there for a romantic getaway; kind of killed the mood."

"The whole place is a dump, needs to be blown up and renovated. Lobby smelled like cat urine, disgusting, From the doors to the rooms look like they were all broken into, not secure, either staff or guests smoking, torn carpet, emergency window exits secured shut- serious code violation, mattresses horrible, horrible coffee station, chipping bathtub, glue all over tiles, toilet falling apart, no full length mirror, lock not secure on door between rooms, desk chair damaged…. "

"Wait staff didn't listen that I am extremely allergic to onion. ordered a cheeseburger that had some kind of onion which made me have hives and I threw up violently!!! Given dirty towels 2 days of my 3 day Memorial Day weekend. Have photos. Shower flooded the bathroom daily. Handicapped bench 2 long and 2 wide for the handicapped shower. That aided the flooding. So did the short shower curtain. Would find another hotel in this area!!"
