"The room was lovely although small for a superior. There was no free bottle of water or tea/coffee making equipment which is the normal for a Parador. The staff did provide these after we asked for them.
Bed was very comfortable, bar staff were very nice although service a little slow. Food was delicious in the restaurant. The building was beautiful with very pleasing decorations. Would recommend this area especially for the gorge swimming areas."
"Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine. However, in both cases, they apologized and immediately fixed the situation.
We will go back when we can. It's worth it. Beautiful location, nice pool, great place during a hot summer day."
"I stayed for business trip and the staff were very welcoming and helpful to me from when I arrived. My Spanish is not great but were always helpful to try and help or accommodate me. Breakfast was good and the evening buffet meals had variety of choice. Many of the guests clearly visit for the pool and spa facilities, as well as hiking trials and cycling routes in the area. I did not have time for this but had an enjoyable stay and would return due to the practical location and friendly staff."
