Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Did not get confirmation until 1:41pm day of arrival. No code to get in condo for pool or dock. Only one arm band. Called contact on confirmation 4 times. Finally got entry two hours later. Told by office that manager would contact us the next morning, not a peep. Called again second morning manager stops by no arm bands, signs on facilities requiring them. Third day of our 5 days finally get in pool area. Third morning, fourth day evacuated due to Hurricane. Should be refunded for our fourth night stay as we had to evacuate.
