"I was disappointed with the extremely dim lighting but even more disappointed when I found hair in the bathtub. If I had seen that before I lugged heavy bags up the stairs, I would have asked for a different room. Also had issues with the keycard and had to walk back across the property to inform them it was not working. "

"This is a wonderful property compared to the chain hotels found locally. I was very pleased with staff and the very comfortable bed. My only disappointment is that the AC was off on my arrival and off again during the day while we were away coming back again to a very hot room. I understand trying to be thrifty but in Texas heat even in the fall a nice cool room when you arrive back from working outside all day is preferable to one that must take a couple hours to cool down. "
