"I was disappointed with this property. They were doing quite a bit of improvements in the Central area of the property and it was a little inconvenient. Not to mention that it didn’t look that great. After paying the amount of money that I paid I was expecting more. They should’ve told me that they were having renovations. The staff was not overly friendly. In my opinion. Some of them were, but the majority were not. I’ve stayed at otherParadors which had much better service overall."
