"This hotel is in the middle of a huge industrial estate so no nice views even though our room was supposed to be 'mountain view' No free parking. Okay for somewhere to just shower and sleep."

"The room was very clean and we appreciated that. Then the water would not drain in the tub and we call the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and did come in himself and took care of the problem to an extent. He was very polite and helpful. The next morning, as we were leaving, the young woman at the front desk was quite cool and condescending."

"At our arrival there was an issue with noise in the room due to some maintenance work being done in the property. That last with also a misunderstanding regarding the information provided on the website about that work, made us to ask for a room change. The very professional and helpful staff in the reception, and specially Daniela, came up with a solution for us very satisfactory. We couldn’t be happier and for sure we will come back and book in the Goldener Adler in our next visit to Innsbruck."
