"At our arrival there was an issue with noise in the room due to some maintenance work being done in the property. That last with also a misunderstanding regarding the information provided on the website about that work, made us to ask for a room change. The very professional and helpful staff in the reception, and specially Daniela, came up with a solution for us very satisfactory. We couldn’t be happier and for sure we will come back and book in the Goldener Adler in our next visit to Innsbruck."
