"Ok for a one night stay"

"The location of the property is good but the cleanliness inside the unit was not upto scratch. No toilet papers, dirty sheets, furnitures and looked like the floors were never vacuumed or mopped. Also the drainage in the bathrooms had fowl smell."

"I really have to commend the Staff. They are both professional and courteous. I have stay at the Alps Condo twice now, once for a month and the second time foe a week. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here again in the future. "Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

"The property had a beetle and cockroach problem. Notified the host three times with no response. The beds were little more than an American bed box springs. Then the unit had a water leak and we spent half the day with no running water. Requested to have them move us to another unit but they didn't do this until the next day. The new unit was much nicer there were no bugs and comfortable beds. But we only got moved to the new unit because of the water leak. Not because if the other issues...
