Il vero punto di forza è stata Irina, la cameriera che è stata simpaticissima, molto disponibile a dare consigli sui posti da visitare, è entrata subito in sintonia con me e la mia compagna, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Per noi Porto Matina è Irina, con la sua empatia e la sua propensione al cliente. Ottima la pulizia, effettuata tutti i giorni, con cambio lenzuola quotidiano e talvolta cambio asciugamani. "Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...
