"Clean room"

"The room was amazing! Very high end. The ice machines did not work on any of the floors. I called down to the front desk and was told that they would bring me ice up to the room. This never happened. Would be great if there were microwaves and mini fridges but other than that, would highly recommend."

"Great vale for the money, no-frill motel. We were there only for few hours to mainly take couple/three hours of sleep and shower. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, had very set of amenities but nothing less than what you would expect in a budget motel."

"The carpet was dirty. Selection of food limited because cooler was not working. Toilet was so low, you would think you were in an elementary school. Furniture in lobby very worn and cracking. Would not recommend until they upgrade."

"I made good of the stay because it was close to the airport. This hotel is dirty. The carpet is filthy. The room smelled like smoke even though I asked for a smoke free room. The walls were cracking. There is a dollar store behind the hotel, i purchased plug-ins and air freshener for the room. The young ladies at the desk were awesome. The hotel needs to be remolded. The fitness center was out of order. The business center printer out of order. The breakfast was ok. They did have coffee...

"We had a wonderful experience at this establishment. Easy check-in and checkout, felt welcome, and easy to get ride shares at any time of the day. The rooms were clean and fit every need. Shout out to the comfortable beds in the room. We enjoyed visiting Miz at the bar when it was raining and the food was delicious. Plenty of things to do in the area and not too far from all great spots Chicago has to offer."
