Room was clean. The staff had a smile. The only negative thing was the host in the fireside restaurant acted like he didn't want to be there. Our waitress was great (she had brown hair) that served our breakfast.

We had a nice stay. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, high end. I appreciated that.
