although the girl and guy were very friendly at the front desk. felt the guy could look a little more presentable in the hospitality business for a Holiday Inn. Hair was all shaggy and did not look very clean for someone at the front desk. he looked more like a janitor

Wish they had let us know when we booked that hotel was under renovation and many things were not open (pool, spa, etc). Breakfast was over very early for a Friday morning. Hotel will be nice once it’s done. Price should have been discounted due to renovations.
