"Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. "What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. "Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed."

"Wir hatten ein paar schöne, entspannte Tage. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und auch das Häuschen (Pavillon) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lediglich der fehlende Wasserdruck und die Spülmaschine, die nicht richtig sauber gemacht hat, ergeben für uns einen Punkt Abzug. Warum man sich hier sonst über mangelnde Sauberkeit beschwert, ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Häuser bei Ce…P.. und La… sind auch nicht besser / sauberer. Schwimmbad / Sauna wurde von uns aufgrund des tollen Wetters nicht...

"De bedden waren uitstekend en het ontbijt fantastisch. Enige wat ik miste was misschien iets van brie/ camembert. Perfecte uitvalplek voor een paar dagen Limburg. Na een dagje lopen kun je heerlijk ontspannen in het zwembad en de sauna."

"Een heerlijke accommodatie. Zeer ruim, op een rustige locatie met genoeg voorzieningen op loopafstand. Het appartement is netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden slapen heerlijk. Zeer goede en nette communicatie met de eigenaar. We kunnen dit verblijf aan iedereen aanraden. "
