"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Sehr ruhiges und gepflegtes Hotel. Super Frühstück und wunderbare Umgebung. Für Außendienstler absolut zu empfehlen. Mit Schwimmbad und Sauna mehr geht nicht. Nach ca. 30 Übernachtungen gab es keine Beanstandungen. Für mich das beste Hotel in der Region Greifswald."
