"We had a great stay. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had a basic but plentiful menu which made it easy to get our kids to eat what was served. This property also had a Casey’s, McDonald’s and a Burger King within walking distance and other restaurants and a Walmart within a short drives distance as well. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again we know a great place to stay! "

"It is located in a nice part of town which we appreciated. While one of the selling points for us was that it was a lower pet rate and they really are pet friendly- our room was ajar when we arrived (11pm) which was a bit unsettling. However the worst part was swinging the door open and having a wave of animal urine smell hit us in the face. Obviously we have a pet but for the pet friendly rooms to have such a strong/overwhelming/gross smell really ruined our stay. It made everything else in the room “feel” gross/dirty. A potential solution would be to NOT have carpet in pet friendly rooms or have better smell mitigation measures in place. Staff were not available- I had a family member staying in a non-pet room and smell was not a factor but they tried to contact the hotel ahead of there stay and called several times and no one answered. Staff that I saw were there occasionally and didn’t seem approachable. This was my first extended stay hotel experience and I understand there is a bit of a “lesser” experience in these types of places but smell and customer service are huge variables for me. I would not recommend- pay the extra money to stay at Holiday/Hampton Inn"

"Staff did what they could to assist the TV not working, broken shower, and broken coffee maker. Spent much of our time watching maintenance fix everything. Then we had kids running up and down the hallway and dogs barking all after 11PM. Not happy with this stay."

"Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. "

"We had a good time and the staff was wonderful. However the Wi-Fi didn't work and we couldn't put our Netflix up because of that. Some of the property was outdated and I thought it was updated I would want to stay there but I don't want to pay for remodel."
