"It was fine. Overpriced but good location. Breakfast was fair. There was a discount coupon for that. Avocados had to be returned because they were brown. Only ONE meager piece of toast included. You had to pay for a second piece. That was a first."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The dinner that we had in the library was top-notch. The service was on point the next meal we had was in the pub. It was delicious as well. It's a well-thought-out property that they have three different restaurants depending on if your family or adult or bargoer, the only complaint I had was that the bed had a spring that poked in my back all night long. And someone had set the thermostat to automatic, because it was nice and chilly when we got there. I didn't think to look at it, but about 2 in the morning. It changed to 78°. Heat which was a little warm to say the least Also, the blackout drapes were extremely ineffective and it was pretty much daylight in our room. All night long, other than that, we had a wonderful stay. I would go again. I just would not stay in room eighteen ninety eight again."
