"Stayed here unexpectedly after a very long day, in which we drove embarrassingly far out of the way following an improper address in our Nav. I arrived in a horrible mood, feeling just totally done. Amber at the front desk was friendly, empathetic and went out of her way to completely turn things around for our family. Wish every hotel had front desk reception as caring and competent as Amber!!
