"This was a fabulous hotel to spend 3 nights in Bergamo. It’s right at the top above the old town and not the easiest to get to but well worth the effort. The views were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. The only gripe was the air conditioning didn’t work very well so it was a bit hot at night. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. "The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very spacious, and we were lucky to have a beautiful view overlooking the lake, which was definitely one of the highlights.
There were a few things that could be improved. The breakfast was quite limited, with very few options available — mainly toast, jam and coffee, with no things like omelettes or much variety. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend adding breakfast to your stay, as there are plenty of...
"Lovely small hotel that was spotlessly clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is modern and well situated for walking into the village albeit this is on a hill. The pool is nice with a number of loungers but not big if you want to do a lot of swimming.
Overall though a lovely hotel with kind attentive staff. Would recommend"
"Chef and his daughters were remarkably pleasant. Paola is a saint. Chef’s wife really bailed us out with currency exchange.
