"The property description on Expedia is incorrect. This tea house does not offer rooms with private bathrooms. Their nicest rooms offer an attached squat toilet with a bucket of water.
There is no sink and no shower in the “private bathroom.” The advertised “hot shower” is a communal hot shower next to the dining room. The western toilet and sinks are also communal.
The owners were unaware of our booking until calling back and forth with someone in Kathmandu. They’re nice people and the tea...

"Perfect location in chitwan for accessing the national park and river. 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants although we ate at the lodge a few times as this was ideal.
