"Buffet breakfast had a very good selection and very very affordable for what you get (good enough to consider it Brunch). Front desk helped us with recommendations to where we could dine nearby and booked our late dining reservation.
Location is perfect for us walking distance to the main Budapest Train Station as we came from Vienna by train, and we toured Budapest sights using public transport's day passes.

"Everything was fine, including a large buffet breakfast daily, until our fifth and last night.... BED BUGS! :( Then everything "suddenly" (in regard to customer service) went downhill in regard to several staff members/managers "disagreeing" with us (we had photos & videos as proof), being pro-active, etc. With no laundry onsite & us being driven around (via Uber) to find a 24 hour laundromat in shady areas...we ultimately decided no one from the thotel"

"Loved the hotel, all the facilities and the service. My only feedback is about air conditioning. Apparently the rooms are cooled through the walls which was pretty useless during the heatwave. Opening the balcony provided a nice relief but the door is alarmed and beeps after a couple of minutes."
