It was an excellent experience like always I've been here for the past 6 months on and off on and off and I always keep coming back I love the location the people is clean it's just a convenience place to stay , we only 5 minutes away from the ocean

The apartment was clean The check-in process I was not aware of so that was a bit cumbersome, but it would be helpful in the future because now I know how to do it But honestly, the area around it just felt super unsafe and I was uncomfortable parking my car there so I stayed at another place

Kiteville is perfect for a small family it has a full kitchen and separate living and sleeping area. The units are super clean it’s super affordable. It’s super quiet I never hear anything coming from the neighbors.

I like that it is a pretty quiet property and that you can pay online (weekly, montly, etc). The virtual assist is very helpful and we plan to stay for a few months.

The property is clean, spacious, comfortable and the property is very safe and management keeps the property clean and any issues are handled immediately with on sight management and they go above and beyond for all their customers and that is something I have heard from current customers and that speaks volumes about Kiteville!!! Best hotel in the area hands down !!!

Excellent hotel with exceptional location. The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Buse. Would definitely recommend Kitesville to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality! Thank you again Buse for going just that little extra step for the guests!!

Loved the amazing customer service and clean, open living areas. This place is amazing Zeek and Morvin are amazing and beyond accommodating and Bubbo has gone over and beyond for me and I appreciate them like family . They are truly good, honest, caring business owners and I can never thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. Abraham is amazing the property manager and has gone over and beyond to make sure our stay is amazing and he has lived up beyond our expectations and works very hard here on the property and you see the hard work pays off ! This place has been the best hotel experience I have ever had in my life!! The staff is super helpful and always kind. They go over and beyond to make sure there guests are fully accomaded and taken care of with unbelievable guys like, Zeck, Morvin, Aryan ,Mike, Ahmet and Abraham. They are all unbelievable and give expectional customer service and they need to be recognized for there dedication and drive to continueosly striving to give the best customer service they all possibly can . Truly amazing people and entrepreneurs who really know how to set the bar and raise it .... They are truly a fresh breath of air and this place is so clean and all rooms are maintained and designed with amazing amenities!! We love kiteville!!! Budo... we will never forget your kindness and hospitality and will be forever be grateful to you and your entire staff &family.

Extremely clean rooms we love the contemporary design everything looks new and the rooms are beyond spacious and so comfortable like a home away from home! The staff and management team Budo, Ahmet, Esen, Esengul, Morven. Buse and Youseff these guys know what they're doing and they know how to treat their customers. You can tell they are very experienced business owners in the industry who continue to strive for excellence in customer service and going that extra mile always! Extremely clean rooms. we loved the contemporary design of the room everything looks amazing and brand new and the rooms are beyond spacious and so comfortable like a home away from home! And I have to say the team at Kitesville Budo, Ahmet, Esen, Morven, Buse, Youseff and Esengul are the most professional employees holding a very high standard and management knows how to treat their customers and they truly are outstanding business owners there level of professionalism and high quality of customer service management knows how to treat their guests!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know!!!

they were responsive to my messages up until the day of check-in. i told them in advance i would get there at 515, and sent them another message when i was there. i had to call customer service TWICE and since it was the last room and it was left a mess, i needed to wait 30 more minutes. i wasn't waiting until 7pm. i booked a room elsewhere and missed half of the concert i came to see because of their lack of communication. unbelievable.

Decent Stay

I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again. I would just want the room fixed or another room.

This place is less of an apartment and more of a motel with extra rooms/amenities and seemed to have a similar clientele. The place was clean, but definitely in need of some updates. The AC/heat unit was in the living room area instead of the bedroom, so, to get the full effect of it, you'd have to leave the door open. The walls are also not even remotely soundproof, and it's especially eat to hear everything going on upstairs. My biggest complaint though is that the hot water only lasted about 5 minutes, and that's regardless of what time of day I took a shower. The check-in/out process was simple with an electronic keypad, so no worries if you're getting in extremely late at night like I was. Because of the hot water issue, I probably wouldn't recommend this place for groups or families unless it gets fixed, but, if you're traveling solo like I was, it can be a decent option if you don't mind some of the annoyances that were previously mentioned.

Picking a place to stay like this one is a cost-saving measure. I understood that when I made a reservation there. It was significantly cheaper than any of the other options I saw. When it says it sleeps 5, what that means is there are two full-size (not queen-size) beds and a couch where the arm rests extend so a person can sleep there. We were a party of 3 so it was okay, although there were no extra linens for sleeping on the couch. The place was clean enough. There were only two towels in the bathroom (which was extra surprising, since the owner reached out to me to make sure they knew how many people were coming). The heating/cooling system is really weird. Heat is supplied in the bedroom and cooling is provided in the front room, so the two systems are constantly battling each other. Sleeping on the couch was cold and sleeping on the beds was rather warm (the owner must be spending a lot of unnecessary money on energy). I will not be coming back due to the following. The default check-in instructions say the owner will meet you in person to let you in. This changedat the time if check-in to just provide us with the code for the door lock. However, they gave us the WRONG code. We stood, exhausted from the day's activities, outside of the rental, for 30 minutes going back and forth with the owner via the reservation app. The owner insisted we were entering the code incorrectly. Finally, he looked it up and gave us a different code that worked..will not be coming back!
