"The hotel is a lovely looking hotel & space but believe me for a 5 star hotel the service & communal area were overwhelming with rudeness, abrupt or clueless staff, mess all around n the floors in the Lounge & at breakfast. Guest were super gluttonous & left so much food is was very upsetting. Starving ..."
