"The first room I was given had air conditioning that did not work (room was 83°) and a shower that would not drain and leaked all over the bathroom. I was given a “renovated” room that had signs of rust and wear and tear everywhere. Shower curtains looked gross. Do better Hilton. Staff was very courteous and understanding of my frustration and did their best to quickly help. "
