The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. Very good and friendly communication, not something that you find easily lately with highly automated services of air b&b type. We were greeted and shown the place by Nina, even if it was late at night!"
