"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. With the price of this location, the beds should be worth the price. The window fans do not keep the...

"The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

Frequently asked questions

Are there holiday rentals in Netherwood?

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Netherwood, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

What can I see and do in Netherwood?

While exploring the area, visit family-friendly sights like Hyatt Hills Golf Course, or get outside and enjoy nature at Thomas Edison Center at Menlo Park. In the wider area, you’ll find Middlesex Mall and Shackamaxon Country Club.

What are holiday rentals like in Netherwood?

Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Netherwood. Holiday rentals offer extras such as kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll have a home away from home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can offer a sense of seclusion away from public hotel lifts and lobbies packed with people while still allowing you a great travel experience. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a popular choice for a family trip or a small group gathering.
