"Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question! Weird selection of a couple of old forks, bowls, mug and the kettle didn’t work and smelled like someone...

The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail. "Wonderful gem! We had a whirlwind stay for just 2 nights between docking at Southampton and leaving for Heathrow, but we crammed in a trip to Brighton to see family. The location of the inn was perfect: we could've gone into central Southampton easily enough, and having the train station a few minutes walk away was perfect for getting around. I only wish we'd had more energy and time to hang around the pub some more!"

"Great location and very good price. We stayed after a concert. So literally just slept there. Good that some parking was available too. V basic room but clean & airy. Tea and coffee facilities were good. No towels for bathroom or hand soap so that was abit of a shame. We got a little confused by the digital door key pads but the staff were v helpful and showed us how to use. Comfy beds and somewhere to rest before heading back off. Not the usual guest house or B&B set up but was clean, good...

"The property didnt actually exist when i arrived there i knocked door was greeted by the tenant who live in the property she gave me a number to call as number guven by expedia didnt work the hist returned my call and arranged to put me up in another property which was really helpful but the condition of alternatu e property was disgusting stains on Sheets pullows with no pillow cases carpet ripped torn and worn the bathroom was a health hazard with stai s i. Toilet hair and dirt covering...
