"Front of house were nice, but by 9pm you are on your own.
We needed a few things after a night check in and everything was locked up and we could get no assistance.
Beds were not comfortable.
Room and bathroom were clean and large, but very very dated."
"Our room was beautiful and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly. Best of all though was sitting in the cafe downstairs and looking out into the market square, which was stunning."
